3 eggs
1 1/2 cups (375 ml/12 fl oz) milk
1/2 cup (125 ml/4 fl oz) cream
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
apricot jam
50 g (2 oz) butter, melted
3/4 cup (80 g/3 oz) icing sugar
3-4 Tbsp rum
